Biography

My Crazy Girlfriend is an American pop/hip hop group composed of Myah Marie, Cosmo and fraternal twin brothers Bennett Armstrong and Justyn Armstrong. The powerful foursome is releasing a brand new mini EP titled “Kings & Queens” scheduled for release February 19th, 2016.

The relatively new band of only 2 years has already accomplished a lot, reaching a #1 Billboard dance record with a remix of their promotional single “Go F**k Yourself”. Following that release, their single “Crazy Stupid Love” was featured on the platinum selling album “NOW 48”, reached #38 on The American Top 40, and hit #12 on the Billboard Dance Charts. The group has toured on a promotional radio tour throughout the United States, playing alongside acts such as “Jason Derulo”, “B.O.B.”, “Hot Chelle Rae”, “MKTO”, “R5” and “Lil Jon” to name a few. They also opened up for Neon Hitch’s California spot dates on her most recent tour.

All four members individually are accomplished songwriters and producers for other artists as well. Bennett and Justyn have collaborated with musicians such as Bruno Mars, Kesha, Chris Brown and Tyga. Cosmo has worked alongside well-known dance producers such as “R3Hab”, “Jumpsmokers” and “Chris Cox”. Myah Marie’s writing credits include Britney Spears, Lil Wayne and Havana Brown and she has also been a background vocalist on Spears’ past 3 albums. As a whole, the group has most recently written/produced the worldwide Billboard #1 debut single “I” for the K- Pop artist “Taeyeon” of Girls Generation.

“Kings & Queens” is a re-introduction to MCG, starting off in a fresh, new direction that they describe as “extremely personal” and “a better representation of US” than their previous song releases. “Love Bomb” will be the first single off of the EP.
